What is a Personal Trainer?
Personal Trainers are certified instructors who help you to achieve and maintain your personal fitness goals. They educate, inspire, support, motivate and advise you on how to exercise safely and efficiently.

At John Savidis’ Fitness & Martial Arts we require, as a minimum, that every Personal Trainer be Can-Fit-Pro PTS certified and we encourage ongoing education.
