Kickbox 2000 is our award-winning program that offers everyone a cardio workout like no other. Created by club founder John Savidis, Kickbox 2000 is an intense and exhilarating cardio kickboxing experience.
Whether you want to work on the bags, develop kickboxing skills, or tone your body into a healthy machine, you can achieve these goals through our program. No prior experience is necessary to attend! Each of our classes are taught by expert instructors who will help you with the basics all the way to the advanced level.

Kickbox 2000 (K2K)This class is internationally known for its intensity and effectiveness. It’s an exhilarating session consisting of non-stop cardio followed by technical kickboxing drills. You’ll have the opportunity to dramatically improve your physique while also learning proper kickboxing technique. Regardless of your current physical condition or kickboxing knowledge, Kickbox 2000 is the right choice. IntervalLike Kickbox 2000, this class consists of non-stop cardio followed by kickboxing drills – but there’s a twist. In this more intensive class: you’ll use light hand weights and concentrate on your arms and legs. Your muscles will definitely remember this experience! |
K2BLearn how to kickbox without the intimidation of getting hit. While teaching the same detailed techniques as in the K2K, your cardio will be challenged with quick “Boot Camp like” drills. A 45 minute class that you may wish was over in 30 minutes! |
