This 30-minut workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best wight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts, and curls. The benefits of weight training and building lean muscle include: speed up metabolism to burn fat, improving strength, shape and tone muscles, and improve bone density (helps ward off osteoporosis).
