John Savidis’ Lean & Fit includes circuit training classes, resistance training, student workbook, two body analysis tests, a nutrition seminar and all the motivation you can handle.

Step 01

MEET WITH JOHN

When you meet with John, he will provide you with complete body composition analysis to determine where you are at currently. He will also explain the program in detail and recommend the best options available that best suit your needs and goals.

Step 02

ATTEND JOHN’S NUTRITION SEMINAR

You’ll attend a comprehensive and motivational nutrition seminar. John will teach you in an easy to understand manner the most advanced scientific methods to not only lose weight and keep it off, but make lifestyle changes that last. You will learn what to eat, when to eat, and how much to eat while turning your body into a fat burning machine without losing valuable muscle.

ATTEND CLASS

John Savidis’ Lean & Fit classes are designed to get you into the best physical and mental condition of your life. Although you go at your own pace, John and his team will motivate you to do more than you ever thought possible. The classes are fun, exciting, and different from anything else you’ve ever tried. John’s classes are designed for beginner, intermediate and advanced levels, so anyone can attend.
